    • Natural, grounded acting and freer expression
    • Connection, listening, presence – where do they come from?
    • What does it feel like to truly enjoy your work again, on screen and on stage?
    • How does acting for camera differ from theatre?
    • How do I step in front of the camera or on stage without nerves or pressure?
    • How do I stay present in a scene without falling into self-criticism?

Learn to let go of pressure and "trying too hard," and start trusting yourself, the process, and your genuine impulses.

The course includes a variety of practical exercises, some inspired by internationally respected Meisner and Chekhov techniques, as well as tools from one of London’s top drama schools: Guildhall School of Music & Drama.

Participants will work in pairs on a scene, which will be rehearsed and filmed on camera.
You’ll receive the filmed material to keep, and—with your permission—your scene may be shared within the industry by the instructors.

The course operates under safe space principles.
It’s open to anyone with previous experience in performing.
You may join the Level 2 course without first taking Level 1, but we recommend both for newer performers.
